Dr. Jafar Koupaie, a Massachusetts  dermatologist has developed a miraculous procedure which uses a supercharged blend of tummy fat and stem cells to dramatically increase a women’s breast size up to 3 cup sizes. “This is going to revolutionize breast augmentation completely,” claims Dr. Koupaie, who plans on charging up to $15,000 for the procedure. “There is no hardness, no lumpiness. Another US firm Cytori Therapeutics has devoted the last 6 years and $100 million on a very similar process but is still a year or two away from U.S. clinical trials. Cytori has approval to start selling their device known as Celution in Europe for treatment of cancer survivors.
